Returns/Refunds policies provided by my printing and shipping provider. Please contact me if you have any questions or need help with your order!

Where are returns sent?

Packages sent out from our US and Mexico fulfillment centers are returned to our Dallas facility: 217 Wrangler Drive, Coppell, Texas, 75019

All returns should be addressed as “LevGraham Apparel Returns.”

All Returns/Refunds have 30 days after estimated delivery date to be submitted per Printful (my supplier).

Please
make extra sure all shipping and payment info. is 100% accurate.
Incorrect info. may delay shipping times or cause orders to fail all
together.

How do I report a problem with my order?

Please Email levgrahamapparelorders@gmail.com with attached
photos of the problem so we can provide my supplier with what they need!
Printful does not do exchanges, if you need a new product, send back
the old or defective one to the above address and we can get you a new
order, and i would be happy to refund your money too, if for whatever
reason your product arrives damaged or poorly printed!

What if an order gets lost in the mail?

Printful: For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.

We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming with your
customer that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good
to double-check that your customer got in touch with the shipping
carrier to try locating the lost order.

Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was
delivered but your customer thinks they haven't received it, we won't
take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any
replacements would have to be at your expense.

What if the recipient's address was wrong?

Printful: If the recipient's address was wrong,
then you are held responsible. Usually, the package is sent back to the
return address. If the package was not returned to sender, then you would have to process a new order to replace the original.
